Lincolnshire Hookups: Lincolnshire Women Want to Meet

No-strings fun for adults across Lincolnshire, from the cathedral city to the seaside.

Lincolnshire hookups, from the cathedral city to the sea

Only one county in England is bigger than Lincolnshire, and most of it is farmland: wheat, barley, sugar beet and oilseed rape, with potatoes, cabbages and onions in the rich soil of the south.

About 1.12 million people share nearly 2,700 square miles, so when you're after a hookup, the towns are what count. The cathedral city of Lincoln sits in the west, close to the Nottinghamshire border. The port of Grimsby is on the north-east coast, Scunthorpe is up in the north-west, Boston lies in the south-east and Grantham in the south-west. Between them is a lot of open country.

Lincoln, the seaside or the Humber bank

Lincoln
The county city has the cathedral, the University of Lincoln and, in one survey of town centres by size, the largest centre in the county. For a first drink with someone new, it's the obvious place to start.
The coast
Cleethorpes, Mablethorpe and Skegness run down the shore, and the resorts east of the Wolds take most of the county's tourism. A seaside town gives you somewhere easy and public for a first walk.
The Humber bank
Grimsby, Immingham and New Holland are working ports, and the Humber Bridge comes ashore at Barton-upon-Humber, the crossing to the East Riding of Yorkshire. Humberside Airport, the only one in the county, is near Brigg.
The south
Boston sits on the south-east side, where the Fens were drained for farming; Grantham is on the upland side to the south-west. Both are proper towns with a centre to meet in.

Wherever you settle on, keep the first meeting public and save the long drives for when you both know it's worth it. Our safety page explains how blocking and reporting work.

Hooking up in a big county: what to expect

How far will I travel for a hookup in Lincolnshire?

Expect a drive, though how long depends where you start. From the middle of the county, Horncastle is under seven miles away, Lincoln about twelve, Sleaford thirteen, Boston sixteen and Grantham nearly twenty-four. Be honest about how far you'll go when you chat, and agree the meeting point early.

Can I meet someone from over the Humber?

Yes. Hull is one of the places our members in and around Lincolnshire come from, and the bridge lands on this side at Barton-upon-Humber. With VIP you can also search by city and distance, handy if you've a particular stretch of the far bank in mind.
