- On Classic there's a cap on how many messages you can send each day, but if a VIP or VIP Plus member gets in touch first, you can read it and write back. VIP takes the daily limit off, so you can message as many people as you like.
- Search filters
- VIP adds advanced search filters: city, distance and what people are open to.
- Chat rooms and group chats
- VIP opens the members-only chat rooms and lets you set up private group chats with up to 50 people.
- See who likes you
- VIP shows you everyone who has liked your profile, so you can skip the guesswork.
- Rewind
- Swiped left too quickly? VIP lets you rewind and take a second look.
- Posts, polls and quizzes
- Every member can share status updates and photos, comment on what others post and take part in polls and quizzes. VIP comments get priority and sit higher up.

VIP Plus gives you everything in VIP, then puts you in front of people. Your profile goes to the top of the match stack, so you lead the daily suggestions of the members you're matched with. Your messages and likes get priority placement, and you get exclusive matches as well.
Two extras can be bought as add-ons with VIP Plus. A profile boost puts you in front of the active members near you for a while. A Super Match sends a highlighted message that rises to the top of their inbox, and they can reply to it straight away. What each membership costs is on our pricing page.

Keep it between the two of you
Members see the username you pick, never your real name or your email address. Your profile shows your nearest town rather than your address or where you are right now. If someone stops being fun, block them and they can't contact you again. If something feels wrong, you can report the profile, or just the one message, without leaving the site. They weigh up how far away people are, the age range and gender you've set, what each of you is looking for, how recently they were active, and lifestyle and interests. Keep your profile up to date so they have the right details to work with.
What's the difference between VIP and VIP Plus?
VIP is about talking: unlimited messages, the chat rooms, private group chats, rewind and a view of who likes you. VIP Plus is about being seen first, with the top of the match stack, priority for your messages and likes, exclusive matches and the option of boosts and Super Match. Both are priced on our pricing page.
Can I use HookUps.co.uk on my phone?
