Lytham St Annes Hookups: Lytham St Annes Women Want to Meet

Four neighbourhoods, one name: Lytham St Annes hookups

Say Lytham St Annes and you've named four places at once:

• Lytham
• Ansdell
• Fairhaven
• St Annes-on-the-Sea

Lytham is the old settlement. St Annes was laid out as a new seaside resort in the 1870s, on open land at the western end of the parish, and the two were run separately from 1878 until they joined under the double name in 1922. About 42,700 people live here now, on the Ribble estuary directly south of Blackpool, and residents' earnings are among the highest in the North of England.

The calendar hands you easy excuses to meet. Lytham Green hosts a five-day music festival every year, an autumn beer festival with around 90 real ales has run since 2007, and the golf links regularly host the Open Championship. The rest of the year, Lytham Green and the promenade are easy to find for a daytime first meeting, and so is The Square in St Annes, where a mosaic was added in 2005.

Short hops to Blackpool, Southport and Preston

Blackpool is only 5.6 miles to the north, so you can meet in either town, and Southport is under seven miles away. Preston is 12, and Penwortham, Preesall, Ormskirk, Garstang and Maghull all sit within about 16, which leaves plenty of places to split the difference.
