Falmouth Hookups: Falmouth Women Want to Meet

No-strings fun for adults in Falmouth, a harbour town with five beaches on its doorstep.

Falmouth hookups, from the deep harbour to five beaches

Falmouth owes its existence to water. The harbour, together with Carrick Roads, is the third deepest natural harbour in the world and the deepest in Western Europe, and the town was founded in 1613 near Pendennis Castle, then grew into a port that overshadowed the older town of Penryn. The docks are still a big part of the local economy, with cargo ships, cruise ships and vessels laid up in the quiet reaches of the Fal.

When the railways arrived the holidaymakers followed, and today Falmouth, home to about 24,000 people, is mainly a seaside resort with a maritime museum, an art gallery and a Falmouth University campus in the mix. Five beaches run along the coast from Pendennis Castle towards the Helford River: Castle, Tunnel, Gyllyngvase, Swanpool and Maenporth. For a first meeting that's a generous menu. Pick the one that suits you both, walk it in daylight, and see whether the chemistry is there.
