Burton upon Trent Hookups: Burton upon Trent Women Want to Meet

No-strings hookups for Burtonians, with Derby and Ashby a short trip away.

No-strings fun in Burton, the brewing town

Beer made Burton's name. The town grew up around its abbey, was a busy market town by the early modern period, and built its reputation on brewing, helped by the extension of the River Trent Navigation to reach it. Burton Bridge has seen two battles, one in 1322 and another in 1643, when royalists took the town during the Civil War.

Around 76,000 Burtonians live here today, in East Staffordshire close to the Derbyshire border, eleven miles south-west of Derby and twenty from the Peak District National Park.

For a hookup, that gives you two ways to play it. Keep things in town, where you can meet without crossing a county line, or look to Derby when you want more people in your search: it's one of the places our members around Burton come from.

Meet by the station, or a short drive out of Burton

If one of you is coming in by train, Burton-on-Trent station is the landmark to agree on, and the town centre is close at hand for the first drink. The old South Staffordshire Line that once began here, running to Lichfield, Walsall, Dudley and Stourbridge, is long gone, so for most other trips it's the car.

Fancy neutral ground? Ashby-de-la-Zouch is about eight miles away, Derby under eleven, and Lichfield and Tamworth around twelve. Whichever you pick, choose a public spot, give a friend your plans and make sure you can get yourself home. The safety page explains how to block or report someone.
