Malvern Hookups: Malvern Women Want to Meet

Casual sex for adults in Malvern, between the spa streets and the hills.

Casual sex in Malvern, a spa town on a hillside

Malvern grew on water. Natural springs in the hills fed a dramatic expansion in Victorian times, and Great Malvern, the centre, is now a conservation area on the steep eastern flank of the Malvern Hills, with Regency, Victorian and Edwardian villas and hotels all around it. The hills themselves are a designated National Landscape, the new name for what used to be an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty.

Around 30,000 people live in the Malverns (30,462 at the 2021 census), strung out between Great Malvern, Malvern Link and their neighbours with open common land and fields in the gaps. The centre is built around two streets at right angles, the steep Church Street and the flatter Bellevue Terrace, so wear shoes you can walk in. Many of the old high street shops are now health food, craft and charity shops.

Younger than the town: members within 40 miles of Malvern

At the 2021 census just over a quarter of the people in Malvern were over 65. The members we have within 40 miles are a good deal younger. The 25 to 34s lead at about a third, the 18 to 24s follow at three in ten, the 35 to 44s and 45 to 54s come to about one in eight each, and roughly one in ten is 55 or older. A quarter of the members are women.

Between them they live in Worcester, Tewkesbury, Bridgnorth, Chepstow, Birmingham, Solihull, Wolverhampton and Dudley. If your age range turns up few names close by, look to the towns round about: the daily matches factor in distance and how lately people were on, so the picture changes from day to day.

Walk the hills first, or meet in Worcester

The hills are on your doorstep, so a walk is an easy daytime plan. For a first meeting, keep to the busier paths, tell a friend which way you're heading and have your own way home.

Worcester is the nearest town with a page of its own, about seven miles away, and Tewkesbury is under eleven. Ross-on-Wye and Hereford are both about seventeen, so a match from Herefordshire is within reach of an evening out.
