Macduff Hookups: Macduff Women Want to Meet

Macduff, where the last deep-water wooden fishing boats were built

For a town of about 4,000 people, Macduff holds a record that is hard to beat. It was the last place in the United Kingdom where deep-water wooden fishing boats were built, and it is a former burgh with a Gaelic name of its own, An Dùn.

The town sits on Banff Bay, in the Banff and Buchan area of Aberdeenshire, and looks across the estuary of the River Deveron at the town of Banff. A neighbour on the other side of the water sounds close, so check how you would each get round the estuary before you promise anyone you'll be there in five minutes.

In a town this size, a quiet approach is the sensible default. Chat on the site until you're sure, let your username and nearest town do the introductions, and keep your address for later.

Nine miles to Turriff, further for everyone else

Turriff is the closest town with a page of its own, about nine miles away. After that the distances stretch: Buckie at 17, Huntly at 19, Keith at 19 and Insch at 23, with Ellon, Inverurie and Elgin somewhere between 26 and 31.

That makes any meeting a proper outing, so settle a middle point, make it somewhere public, tell a friend and work out the way home before you leave. The hookups near me page explains why, in a small place, the next town along is often the easiest place to meet. A hook up starts with a click, and out here it finishes with a drive.
